A high-performance program designed for competitive players looking to combine tournament play with structured daily training and professional match supervision.
This intensive program runs over two weeks, from Monday morning to Saturday midday, and is built around official tournaments integrated into the training schedule. Players alternate between matches and tailored training sessions, ensuring continuous development while competing.
The program is suitable for players of different levels during school holidays. Outside of holiday periods, a minimum level equivalent to approximately UTR 4 is recommended.
Training Overview
- Participation in 1 to 2 official tournaments per week
- Daily tennis and fitness sessions adapted to match schedules
- 22 hours of tennis training + 7.5 hours of physical conditioning

Players benefit from a dynamic training environment where sessions are adjusted based on match performance and physical load.
